Prepare your skin

1 oyster shell body scrub.

Specific to backs

2 physiotherapy pool rehabilitation sessions*,
2 kinetic massages OR 20-minute marine rain massage*,
4 École du dos®* workshops.

Remineralize and hydrate

1 marine mud wrap,
5 essential thalasso treatments: seaweed bath, hydromassage sea bath, marine rain, jet shower (treatments defined by the center, subject to availability)

Relaxing

1 hydromassage bed.

* Physiotherapy treatments are scheduled in the afternoon from Monday to Friday and in the morning on Saturdays.

Unlimited access to the marine area
Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine area with seawater heated to 32°C includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, whirlpool baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.
A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxation area.

Bathrobe and towel provided. Sandals and bathing cap not provided.
