Remineralize

• 3 hydromassage sea baths with lemon balm

Relaxing

• 1 indoor sophrology session
• 1 aqua-sophrology session
• 1 indoor relaxation session with physiotherapist based on the Jacobson* method
• 1 cardiac coherence session with physiotherapist
• 3 hydromassage beds
• 1 cranial relaxation
• 1 marine rain massage
• 1 foot reflexology

Unlimited access to the marine area
Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine area with seawater heated to 32°C includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, whirlpool baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.
A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxation area.

Bathrobe and towel provided. Sandals and bathing cap not provided.
