Overlooking the sea and bathed in natural light, our seawater circuit – heated to 32°C – massages, relaxes, tones, relieves joint pain and improves blood circulation. We recommend that you work your way round the stations, spending a few minutes at each one. For best results, it is advisable to move around in front of the jets and not to stand too close to them. A sauna and steam room complete this relaxation area.

For guests staying at our hotel, the Espace Marin is open every day from 9.30 am to 8.30 pm.
If you are just coming for a full-day or half-day thalassotherapy session:
For our non-resident guests, the Espace Marin Prévithal is open:
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9.30 am – 1.00 pm | 2.30 pm – 6.00 pm
Friday and Saturday: 9.30 am – 1.00 pm | 2.30 pm – 7.00 pm
Closed on Mondays and Sundays.
Public holidays: 9.30 am – 1.00 pm | 2.30 pm – 6.00 pmExceptional closures on 25 December and 1st and 2nd January.
Advice and information
For your comfort and to maintain pool hygiene:
- Swimwear: Men must wear swimming briefs or boxer shorts (swim shorts are permitted).
- Compulsory accessories: A swimming cap and pool sandals (clean and used exclusively for this purpose) are required.
- Services included: A bathrobe and a towel are provided.
- Forgotten something? Swimming caps and flip-flops are available for purchase at the thalasso reception desk.

Children remain the responsibility of their parents (BCG vaccination compulsory and swim nappies compulsory for children under 3 years of age).
Access to the sauna and steam room is prohibited for under-16s and not recommended for pregnant women.
The pool in the marine area is not accessible during aqua aerobics classes from 9.00 am to 9.30 am, 10.00 am to 10.30 am and 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm.

At the far end of Donville-les-Bains beach, when the tide is out and swimming in the sea is no longer possible, a pool retains the water so you can still swim.
