6-day thalasso stay for a École du dos® cure.

Don’t give in to back pain, preserve your health capital, for everyday well-being. Learn the right reflexes in just a few days, take care of your back and prevent back pain – that’s the principle behind the Back School offered by Prévithal. After a muscular assessment, our physiotherapist will guide you in the movements and postures to adopt on a daily basis. Our dietician and coach provide advice throughout the week. Maximum 6 people per module.

1 seaweed wrap,

* Physiotherapy treatments are scheduled in the afternoon from Monday to Friday and in the morning on Saturday.

Unlimited access to the marine area
Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine area with seawater heated to 32°C includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, whirlpool baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.
A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxation area.

Bathrobe and towel provided. Sandals and bathing cap not provided.
