From 3ᵉ months after giving birth, up to 10 months. This cure allows you to take care of yourself and share special moments with baby.
This cure is also an opportunity for new parents to share by learning the baby massage workshop and facial for dad.

Unlimited access to the marine area
Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine area with seawater heated to 32°C includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, whirlpool baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.
A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxation area.

Bathrobe and towel provided. Sandals and bathing cap not provided.
