Prepare your skin and beautify yourself

• 1 Indian Sea body scrub,
• 1 fundamental sea facial.

Relaxing

• 1 relaxing massage OR under the sea rain,
• 1 candle massage,
• 1 Californian massage,
• 3 hydro-sensory beds.

Rebalance yourself

• 1 ayurvedic modelling 50 mn,
• 1 Balinese massage 50 mn,
• 1 plantar reflexology 45 mn.

Remineralise and hydrate

• 1 jet shower,
• 2 applications of marine mud,
• 1 seaweed wrap,
• 1 wrap with 3 teas,
• 2 revitalising hydromassage baths with seaweed infusions,
• 1 marine hydromassage,
• 1 marine rain,
• 1 seaweed bath,
• 1 cotton and aloe vera wrap.

Toning up

• 1 zen attitude session,
• 1 oxygenating or Nordic walking session.

Unlimited access to the marine area
Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine area with seawater heated to 32°C includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, whirlpool baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.
A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxation area.

Bathrobe and towel provided. Sandals and bathing cap not provided.
