Straight from the North of India, the Ayurvedic massage abhyanga with essential oils is based on the seven energy centers of the body. This energizing treatment with alternating strokes and pressure gently relaxes your body, reducing muscle tension and improving blood circulation.

Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine space, with seawater heated to 32°C, includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, bubbling baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.

A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxing space.
