Mother-to-be massage

With the prenatal massage and its soft and enveloping gestures, comfortably installed in side position, then on the back, relax and accompany the changes of your body gently.

This massage can be practiced regularly from the end of the 3rd month of pregnancy until the 9th month if you have no medical contraindication. This treatment is performed with SkinHaptics massage oils, which are perfectly adapted to pregnant women and their unborn babies.

Free access to the Marine Area
Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine space, with seawater heated to 32°C, includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, bubbling baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.

A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxing space.
