Soft, enveloping gestures and more tonic movements allow to unblock the energies. The body and mind regain their essential vitality.

Free access to the marine area
Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine space is heated to 32°C and includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, bubbling baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.

A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxing space.

Bathrobe and towel provided. Sandals and bathing cap not provided.
