This wellness break provides relaxation and release for an energetic recovery thanks to thalassotherapy treatments and massages.

This stopover by Prévithal Bien-être Thalgo includes 4 treatments:

• 1 15-minute hydromassage bath,
• 1 Seaweed bath or marine mud application 20mn,
• 1 Relaxing massage or marine rain massage 20mn,
• Hydro-sensory bed 15mn.

Unlimited access to the marine area
Facing the sea and bathed in natural light, our marine area with seawater heated to 32°C includes 10 aquatic workshops (walking river, whirlpool baths, massaging seats, cobra blade…). The various water workshops massage, relax, tone up, relieve the joints and improve blood circulation.
A sauna and a hammam complete this relaxation area.
Recommended duration: 2 hours.

Bathrobe and towel provided. Sandals and bathing cap not provided.

Our wellness tip: Remember to do a hammam before the treatments. This facilitates the dilation of the pores and allows a better assimilation of the trace elements and minerals present in our treatments.
